Excellent lunchtime menu. Popped in for a quick lunch. We had smashed avocado with poached egg and smoked haddock kedgeree . Cooked to order perfectly. Kedgeree was like a risotto and delicious

Visited this lovely, little place yesterday. Great coffee, fabulous food. The French toast with bacon and Brie was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted! Lovely, friendly staff. Will definitely visit again

The food at this place is some of the best I've eaten in a long time. We visited today on a whim and I got the most perfect scrambled eggs on soda bread. My uncle had the scouse and it looked amazing. Loved how the tea and coffee is served in the beautiful cups too. Everything was spot on here, especially the prices for the food. Will be returning!

Love everything about Skaus! The food is quality! Love that they are not shy of flavour. The home cooked, brunch/lunch menu is really tasty. You can take tasty treats home such as fresh baked bread, wines, pastries, kimchi or home made portions of scouse. One of my favourite places in Liverpool.

Went in for lunch today, I didn’t think there was a table free so went outside to tell my husband but the lovely staff member informed me that there was window seating and when a table became free, they would move us if we wanted. Now on to the food, it was absolutely incredible. Everything came out perfectly cooked and the homemade hash browns are a must order. Needless to say, we will be returning very soon. Thank you
